Teodor Tsvetkov
Theodor is an urban planner who completed his bachelor’s and master’s programs in Urbanism at UACEG-Sofia in 2022 and 2025. His bachelor’s thesis focused on “Mobility and Accessibility in the Urban Unit Krastova Vada – West,” while his master’s thesis explored “The Relationship Between Urban Morphology and Natural Ventilation – The Case of Sofia.”.
During the years of study, he has participated in various projects for – Sofiaplan, URBiNAT, Sredets Municipality – accessible environment, Green Ring Sofia, etc.
He has professional experience in companies related to investment design and construction and the valuation of land and real estate.
His professional interests are urban policies and research, urban design, GIS and CAD spatial analysis and solutions, transport planning and infrastructure, field research, and revitalization of non-functioning spaces. Over the years, he has attended many different competitions, forums, lectures, workshops, and discussions related to the urban environment, spatial planning and investment design and planning, legal and regulatory frameworks, infrastructure, etc.
On a personal level, Theodore likes to ride a bike and take long walks in the city or mountains.
